1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing glorybd, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with glorybd in any capacity. They apply equally to the desktop website and mobile platform. Acceptance is personal and non-transferable — you may not allow another person to use your account or accept these Terms on your behalf.

The following supplementary policies form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how glorybd collects, processes, and protects your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and obligations relating to safe gambling practices.
• Any promotional terms published alongside specific bonus offers or tournaments, which supplement these Terms for the duration of that promotion.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use glorybd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from glorybd or had a glorybd account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of a glorybd employee or business partner who may have access to information that could confer an unfair advantage.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

glorybd reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend an account pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on glorybd. Registering, operating, or accessing more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, glorybd may close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, incomplete name, or information belonging to another person.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. glorybd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, contact support@glorybd immediately. All activity conducted through your account prior to a reported breach remains your responsibility.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

glorybd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account)

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed. glorybd processes KYC documents within 72 hours during standard operating conditions.

3.4 Account Details Updates

If your personal details change (e.g., mobile number, residential address), you must update your account information promptly by contacting support@glorybd. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delayed or declined withdrawals and may trigger a compliance review.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on glorybd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which glorybd bears no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

glorybd accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though enhanced due diligence checks apply for cumulative deposits exceeding certain thresholds. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases; in exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 30 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically under 15 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank

Withdrawal requests submitted before completion of KYC verification, or during a pending compliance review, will be placed on hold until the relevant checks are satisfactorily completed. glorybd reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

4.3 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a deposit transaction with your payment provider constitutes a breach of these Terms. glorybd will suspend the relevant account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, glorybd reserves the right to recover the amount by any legal means available, including offsetting the amount against any winnings or pending balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

glorybd offers a range of promotions specifically designed for Bangladesh players, including BPL season welcome bonuses, Eid cashback offers, Pohela Boishakh special credits, IPL free bet campaigns, and loyalty reward programmes. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming on glorybd and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonuses derived from winnings on free bets or bonus credits are subject to the same wagering requirement as the original bonus unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• glorybd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any active promotion with reasonable notice, or immediately where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated betting systems — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses that have been credited in error must be reported to support@glorybd. Attempting to withdraw erroneously credited bonuses is considered bonus fraud.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on glorybd, including the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other categories.

6.1 Sportsbook

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed with a unique bet reference number, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, glorybd reserves the right to void the affected bet at its sole discretion. Minimum single bet is ৳50. Maximum bet limits per market are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may vary by event and market type.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other live sports are accepted during the event subject to suspension of markets during key moments (e.g., ball delivery in cricket). Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided. glorybd reserves the right to suspend any live market at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers, and crash games from Spribe — are subject to the individual game rules provided within each game interface. These game rules form part of these Terms. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and mathematical models of all games are independently certified. glorybd does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.4 Voided Bets and Settlements

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical failure, manifestly incorrect odds, or the discovery that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are settled at the stake returned in full. Settlement of cricket bets follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties
• Sharing account access with another person or acting as an agent for a third party
• Placing bets on behalf of a self-excluded player
• Deliberately circumventing geo-restriction or verification measures using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means

7 Responsible Gaming

glorybd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Reactivation is not possible before the selected period expires.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

glorybd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of underage gambling or ineligibility
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider
• Bonus abuse or use of prohibited betting strategies
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement bodies

Upon account closure for cause, glorybd may retain any funds in the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law as compensation for losses resulting from the breach. Where an account is closed without cause (e.g., at the player's own request), any remaining balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support@glorybd with their account username and a written request for closure. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on glorybd — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, video streams, and data — is the proprietary property of glorybd or is used under licence from third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property on the platform.

You may access and view glorybd content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from glorybd:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any content from glorybd
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting odds data, game data, or user data by automated means
• Creating derivative works based on glorybd content
• Reverse-engineering any software, API, or game logic used on the platform
• Using the glorybd brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that could suggest official affiliation or endorsement

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, glorybd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, network outage, or server downtime
• Errors in odds, market prices, or settlement outcomes subsequently corrected by voiding
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Interruption of service resulting from maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond glorybd's reasonable control

glorybd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

glorybd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the contact email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of glorybd following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support@glorybd to request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Where a revision is beneficial to players (e.g., extended withdrawal times, reduced wagering requirements on bonuses), it will take effect immediately without prior notice.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming principles and the internal operational policies of glorybd. glorybd does not make any representation that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, or any other matter, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written dispute to support@glorybd within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Include your username, the relevant bet or transaction reference, and a clear description of your concern.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: glorybd's disputes team will investigate and respond with a written determination within 10 business days of receiving your complaint.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the internal determination, you may request escalation to a senior review panel. The senior panel's decision will be communicated within a further 15 business days and shall be final and binding.

During the disputes process, the relevant account may be placed in a restricted state pending resolution. glorybd's records — including server logs, transaction records, and bet history — shall be considered the authoritative source of truth in all dispute determinations.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and glorybd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
